At Yon-Ka Paris, we want you to be completely satisfied with your skincare ritual. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns on items purchased directly from our official website.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team or log into your account portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of delivery.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring the items are securely cushioned to prevent damage during transit, and include your original packing slip.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your box and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned products, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
